To place an order, follow the instructions on the ordering pages of the website. You are able to amend or correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on the “Place Order Now” button on the “Payment Method” page.
You must provide the requested information for us to process your order. We reserve the rights to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order and/or to comply with regulatory requirements. By placing an order, you confirm that the details contained in the order are correct in all respects. We will use various procedures to authenticate each transaction.
A contract between you and us is formed when we receive your confirmation order and send you a confirmation email that your order has been accepted. Please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. We may, at any time, decline to process your order or any part of your order for any reason including where insufficient or incorrect information has been provided, authentication has not been possible, or an exchange rate has been quoted in error.
You will be required to choose your payment method at the time of online ordering. Payment is required upon placing an order. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order summary and an invoice.
All orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled by calling us at 012-5355159. Upon cancellation of order, any refund will be credited as store credit to the customer’s account at Winner Chairs and can be used for next purchase. Refunds to credit card or cash are not available. No refund for cancellation once the order is fulfilled.
All illustrations and descriptions displayed on Winner Chairs website or distributed by email or in any other way are for guidance purposes only and will not form part of the contract. In all cases we will try to contact you to advise you of any such changes, however Winner Chairs reserves the right to replace these items of equal or better quality without consultation. We reserve the right to make alterations to the design, appearance, and technical specifications of our products from time to time and at such time or at any other times, to make alterations to our advertised information concerning such Goods, without notice.
Our products are to be delivered to you at a requested address. We only do free delivery for selected area in Peninsula Malaysia. Different region may encounter different pricing.
Winner Chairs would only provide 1 year warranty for customer from any region. Customer shall return the products by their own and Winner Chairs will not be liable to any cost for returning delivery fees. We require somebody responsible, to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If product is found damage upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative. Once the products have been delivered and signed for.
Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.
We take all complaints very seriously. If you experience any problem with our products, complaints must be made within  hours upon receiving the products.
You are clear and understand the features of products sold by Winner Chairs. Winner Chairs will only accept returns when the product is damaged, other factor such as regretting purchase will strictly not entertained. Customers have  calendar days to return an item from the date they received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that customer received it. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are clear and understand the features of products sold by Winner Chairs. Winner Chairs will only accept refunds when the product is damaged, other factor such as regretting purchase will strictly not entertained. Once we received the returned item, we will inspect it and notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify the customer on the status of the refund after inspecting the item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer. All refunds will be credited as store credits to customer’s Winner Chairs account. Store credit account can be used for next purchase. Refunds to credit card or cash are not available.
Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
The maximum refund offered is the value of the product. Further compensation is not available. We ask for patience with factors that may be beyond our control (e.g., traffic conditions etc.) as we cannot be held liable for any such delays.
Damaged item during shipment
Winner Chairs would be held liable for any damage that is rendered to our products at the advised destination once the products has been delivered but refund and return is not entertained. Customer is responsible to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If product is found damage upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative. Once the products have been delivered and signed for Winner Chairs is unable to accept any liability neither for any damage sustained to the products thereafter nor for any failure to follow the instructions provided. However, customer may make their own claim with the respective courier company.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
